Production

The Limited Liability Company “FORMULATION PLANT AGRORUS-RYAZAN” is a large chemicals plant, fit with modern equipment. The plant is specialized in production of chemicals, used for protection of agricultural plants against diseases, pests and weeds, and also for domestic use.

The plant facilities allow to produce annually 10,000 t of formulations in the form of concentrates of emulsion, water solutions, concentrates of suspension and suspension concentrates.

During formulation of the chemicals, only high-clean active ingredients, emulsifiers, solvents, adjuvants, surfactant species and other components are used. The plant has heated finished-products and raw material warehouses, the area of which provides for storage of any chemicals lots prior to their shipment to consumers according to recommendations.

The plant equipment provides for reliable protection of the environment against pollution. The plant meets EU requirements, has Russian certificate and ISO certificate. Modern formulas are used for manufacturing of chemicals; those formulas take into account the recent developments of chemical and agricultural science. The equipment of pre-packing lines provides for pre-packing of chemicals into vessels with volume from 50 ml to 20 l. Pesticides are pre-packed into original cans and bottles, on which labels with bar code are affixed by an automatic machine.

All the products are packed into original durable boxes, which are formed into pallets, protected with firm polyethylene film, on wooden trays.

Computer-aided stock recording has been arranged at the plant.

The plant has a laboratory, the equipment of which provides for complete quality control, both for raw materials received and for finished products.
